An Acharya is a qualified, verified priest or spiritual expert who performs the poojas and rituals. A Grihastha is the patron, devotee, or customer who books the services.
Every Acharya undergoes strict verification of their Vedic education, traditional background, and specific expertise before they are matched with your booking.
You can arrange the items yourself using the Acharya-provided checklist, or opt for a service where essential Samagri is arranged by the Acharya. Some fresh or personal items may still need to be brought by you, which the Acharya will notify you about.
Upon confirmation, you receive a secure 6-digit Start OTP. Only share this OTP once the Acharya has physically arrived at the venue or joined the online meeting. Never share it beforehand.
We offer slab-based refunds on the base amount depending on how early you cancel. Please note that platform fees and GST are strictly non-refundable.
If an Acharya fails to arrive, click the No-Show button on your dashboard. We will immediately try to arrange a backup Acharya and report the absent one. If we cannot arrange a replacement, a 100% refund is issued.
Yes. While large ceremonies are performed in-person, we also offer online modes for specific Poojas and astrological consultations.
