We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our Seekers and our Acharyas who dedicate their time and preparation for your spiritual needs.
Important Note
Platform Fees and GST (Taxes) are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as these cover the payment gateway and infrastructure costs incurred at the time of booking. Only the base booking amount is subject to refunds.
If a Seeker cancels a confirmed booking, the refund amount depends on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled event date and the total value of the booking. Unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

*Refund percentages apply only to the base booking amount. The remaining percentage is provided to the Acharya as compensation for reserved time.
In the rare event that an Acharya must cancel a booking due to unforeseen emergencies, the Seeker will receive a 100% full refund of their entire payment (including platform fees and GST). Acharyas are advised to manage their schedules carefully, as frequent cancellations may impact their visibility and standing on the Savitara platform.
